Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the 10200 online platform, including the website, mobile application, and all related services. This Agreement is between you ("User") and 10200 ("Platform", "us", "we").

To access the full range of 10200 services, you are required to register a valid user account. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. 10200 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting supporting documents such as a national ID or other official documentation. Failure to provide such documents may result in your account being temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. All activity that occurs through your account — whether authorised or not — is your responsibility. Payments, Transactions and Currency

All transactions on the 10200 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required for Malaysian users. Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including DuitNow and GrabPay, subject to the limits and conditions set by the respective payment providers.

Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance once payment is confirmed by the system. 10200 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party banking system disruptions or circumstances beyond our control.

Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or payment method registered under the same username. Your first withdrawal requires successful identity verification before it can be processed. 10200 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal for compliance review if suspicious activity is detected on the account. All decisions regarding transactions are final and subject to the platform's internal review policy.

Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability

10200 users are required to use this platform for lawful entertainment purposes only. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including suspension or closure of your account without prior notice:

  • Using third-party software, bots, or automation tools to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Attempting to exploit technical bugs, odds display errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful transactions.
  • Providing false information during registration or account verification.
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.

10200 assumes no liability for any losses, service disruptions, data damage, or indirect consequences arising from your use of or inability to use this platform. The platform is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or continuous availability.

Account Suspension Policy, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

Account Suspension and Closure

10200 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or for legal and regulatory compliance reasons. Where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation. Users who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact customer support for further review.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 10200 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of 10200 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any part of this content without prior written consent from 10200.

Third-Party Links and Services

The 10200 platform may utilise third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. 10200 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of these third parties. Use of any third-party service is at your own risk.

Changes to Terms and Governing Law

10200 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
